• Step 4: Specify your delivery address within the Netherlands (if you do not have a delivery address you can put your university or future workplace address and we will reserve your kit until you send us your definitive address).
• Step 4: Pay for your order, we accept all major payment methods and even crypto currencies!
• Step 5: Automatically receive an order confirmation, meet your Student Buddy and we will send you a tracking code as soon as your kit is fulfilled by us!

Our standard pillow & pillowcase is 60x70
Our standard bath towel size is 70x130 and hand towel size is 50x85

At Starter Kit we don't believe in customer service, we have developed a student buddy system for eveyone that orders one of our university kits. After making an order you will be matched with an actual student who will help you with anything you need for your move to university.

Starter Kit accepts most major credit cards and payment methods (we even accept crypto currencies!).
Starter Kit's website is SSL certified (2019).

Student residencies have post-collection services, so at checkout specify your student residency address and we will ship it there. You should be able to pick it up at your student residency front or administration desk. 

If you want your kit delivered to your university please confirm if post-collection services are available for students.

If you do not know what will be your future address, please specify your university or internship workplace address. We will reserve your kit for up to 2 months until you send us your definitive address.

When we dispatch your order, you will receive a personalized tracking code via email!

For private addresses: If you aren't present to receive your order at your private address, our trusted delivery partner will securely place your order at a partner shop nearby for you to pick it up when you are back.
